AES 2022 Scientific Meeting Health and Safety Attendance Policy
The Commissioner of Health of the City of Chicago under the authority of the mayor of Chicago has issued a public health order, effective January 3, 2022, that requires full vaccination for persons entering or working in certain settings. The order may be viewed via this link: https://www.chicago.gov/content/dam/city/sites/covid-19-vaccine/Documents/Health%20Order%202021-2%2012-21-21%20FINAL.pdf
The AES 2022 Scientific Meeting, as currently planned, falls within that setting. All in-person participants including: members, professional attendees, staff, vendors and guests will need to meet the vaccination standard for admittance to any and all events at the 2022 scientific meeting to be held at the Chicago Downtown Marriott. A full copy of the AES 2022 Health & Safety Policy and Release Form is available with all details of the requirements and added safety precautions.
Commercial Products and literature are to be confined to the exhibit hall and are not permitted in the lecture hall. Due to the professional nature of this meeting children are not permitted in either the lecture hall, exhibit hall or poster viewing areas.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will be granted up to 14 days prior to the meeting with a cancellation fee of $100.

The AES-Occlusion, TMD, Comprehensive Care is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider.  ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education.  ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry.  The AES-Occlusion, TMD, Comprehensive Care designates this activity for 12.5 continuing education credits.  
Current term of Recognition May 2021-June 2024.
