Biography
Dr. John Terry Green has been practicing dentistry in the Dayton, Ohio area for 37 years. Dr. Green is a Master of the Academy of General Dentistry, a Fellow of the International College of Dentists, a Fellow of the American College of Dentists, a Fellow of the American Academy of Restorative Dentistry, a Fellow of the British Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry. He has served as an evaluator for Clinical Research Associates since 1991. Dr. Green is a Mentor and Clinical Instructor in the Kois Center Program of Dr. John Kois, and a Faculty Member of the Misch Implant Institute. From 1974-1979 he taught Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics at Ohio State University. In 2009 Dr. Green was the Program Chairman for the ICOI Prosthodontics Program in Philadelphia. Dr. Green has been on the Board of Directors for the American Equilibration Society since 1982. He was the 2010 backup speaker for the American Equilibration Society in Chicago. He has served as the Program Chairman for the American Equilibration Society in 2005, 2009, 2010. He served as President of the American Equilibration Society in 2011, 2012. In 2010 Dr. Green was the Clinicical Co-Chairman for the American Academy of Restorative Dentistry. Dr. Green has been the CE Program Chairman for the Dayton Dental Society since 1980 to present. Dr. Green places and restores dental implants and has a dental practice that does complex restorative procedures. Throughout his dental career Dr. Green has accumulated over 13,000 hours of continuing education. He holds a monthly Study Club in his office on TMD and Fixed Prosthodontics. Hobbies include CE, photography, sports and flying.
