Dr. Jacob G. Park is a Professor of Dentistry/Clinical in the Department of Comprehensive Dentistry at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio School of Dentistry. Also, Dr. Park teaches TMJ part of Gross Anatomy as an Professor/Clinical in the Department of Cellular and Structural Biology at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Medical School as well.

Dr. Park maintains a private practice in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Park’s current research interest is application of CAD CAM technology to restorative procedures to reduce the invasive preparations. Dr. Park is a mentor in the Clinical Research Foundation of Dr. Terry T. Tanaka of University of Southern California Dental School. Dr. Park has studied occlusion and management of TMD extensively under the direction of Dr. Jose dos Santos and Dr. Terry T. Tanaka. Dr. Park is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Equilibration Society. Dr. Park holds fellowship with the Academy of Dentistry International, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and the International College of Dentists.

His teaching obligation includes the topics of dental anatomy and occlusion to pre-doctoral students, and is a Selective course director of the CAD CAM for pre-doctoral students, residents and faculty. Dr. Park serves as the CAD CAM Acting Expert of US TAG for ISO/TC 106 and the chairman of the ADA SCDP Subcommittee 9, CAD CAM in Dentistry. He also serves as President-Elect of the AES.
