Biography
Dr Zonnenberg graduated from the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, The Netherlands in June 1975. He holds a private practice in Santpoort-Noord, the Netherlands emphasizing comprehensive, restorative dentistry, prosthodontics, implants and TMD/Orofacial Pain. He joined the American Equilibration Society in 1991. Dr. Zonnenberg has published several papers in peer-reviewed, scientific journals, such as American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics, CRANIO and the European Jounal of Prosthodontics and Restorative Dentistry.
Dr. Zonnenberg is a Member of the AES Guideline Committee and currently the Chair of the Scientific Investigation Committee.
