These materials can be viewed and/or downloaded at no cost by AES members and are intended to be used for educational purposes only and are not specifically endorsed by the AES as methods of diagnosis or treatment. The materials posted are meant to be a primer to stimulate those of you who would like to share their materials and knowledge with other AES members who may choose to utilize this information as they deem appropriate.
