The AES forces me to think and grow! Every year there are speakers sharing the amazing things they do for their patients. I leave the meeting thinking about how I can improve my diagnostic, treatment, and communication skills. Combine that with the friendly banter with colleagues and friends and you have a recipe for a can't miss meeting for me.

AES is my yearly north-star to get my head clear from the demands of day-to-day dentistry, and remind myself of the big picture of complete dentistry and how it should be done. I can surround myself with some of the smartest people in Dentistry and have a pretty damn good time while we're at it.

Dentistry is becoming ever more challenging in its complexity. The AES is the ONE organizational membership that has helped me overcome monumental challenges we all face in our desire to be elite dental providers.

I have been a member of AES for 20 years. The AES Annual Meeting is one of my favorite meetings each year. The speakers and topics are cutting edge, and the format is fast paced. AND I get to see so many of my friends. It is great education, and a reunion rolled into one; plus, it is in Chicago, one of my favorite cities.
